Important Details to Consider:

  • Each suite offers 1 King bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
  • Groups of 15 rooms or more are required to do a buy-out of the Hotel. Buy-outs require a 7 night minimum stay for all 36 rooms, all checking in and checking out on the same dates. Availability is very limited.
  • Please note that we do not have meeting rooms or private event spaces on property.
  • Porterage fee of $40.00 per suite, round trip required.
  • Check in begins at 4:00PM MT. Check out is at 11:00AM MT. Early check in or late check out requests may be accommodated based on availability and subject to additional cost.
  • Hotel Yellowstone is an adults-only hotel. All guests must be 21 years or older. Guests ages 18-20 years old may be allowed with prior approval from Hotel. Guests ages 17 years and younger are not allowed.
  • Hotel Yellowstone property, accommodations, Spa, Olivia’s Restaurant, and all amenities are for registered hotel guests only. No outside guests are allowed.
  • Breakfast in Olivia’s Restaurant is included every morning – alcohol & gratuities not included. In-room dining breakfast is not included.
  • Lunch, dinner, and all in-room dining are not included.
  • Gratuities, off-site/third-party activities, and spa treatments are not included.
  • Hotel Yellowstone property and all accommodations are smoke-free, including e-cigarettes/vapes
