Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole is an adults-only hotel. Guests must be 21 years or older to check into the hotel.
Guests age 18 years and older are welcome when accompanying guest(s) age 21 years or older in the same room and/or group.
No guests ages 17 years or younger are allowed.
Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole is situated amongst a wildlife refuge, therefore we are prohibited from allowing any pets to stay at our hotel.
Registered Service Animals are allowed, but must be leashed at all times and cannot be left in rooms unattended. Emotional Support Animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA and therefore not allowed. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a $250.00 fine and/or forfeiture of reservation deposit.
Area wildlife frequents our property, such as moose, mule deer, various bird species, and more. Please be alert and give all wildlife plenty of space if encountered. DO NOT APPROACH WILDLIFE. Do not feed wildlife.
Moose are typically tolerant of people, however they can become aggressive if people get too close – especially a cow protecting its calf. Please do not approach Moose.
Check in begins at 4:00PM MST. Our check out time is 11:00AM MST
Minimum age to check in is 21 years old. A valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation and intended form of payment must be present at check in. Credit card must match the form of payment provided at the time of booking. As part of our procedures, a waiver is required to be signed at check-in. All additional guests must provide a valid photo ID to confirm their age.
Early check in and late check out requests may be accommodated when available and subject to additional fees.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The reservation is fully refundable, less a $250.00 processing fee, up to your designated cancellation policy.
Reservations become non-refundable 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of a reservation. Cancellations received 0-30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival are not eligible for a refund. Reservations or modifications made within the designated cancellation policy are non-refundable.
Cancellation and deposit policies may vary when booking with a travel agency or third party, or when booking a promotional rate or package rate.
If changing form of payment after deposit or payment has been made, please note there is a 10% processing fee applicable per transaction.
Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole reserves the right not to provide exemptions from the cancellation policy for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, travel delays, travel cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance from your vendor of choice prior to your stay to protect your investment.
Our Grand Reflection Suites and Grand Teton Suites offer direct views of the Grand Teton.
Yes, breakfast in Olivia’s Restaurant is included each morning with every stay.
Gratuities and alcohol are not included. Please note that in-room dining for breakfast is not included and will be an additional cost.

No, ski and snowboard equipment cannot be brought into the suites. Please contact the Guest Experience Team for information on ski/snowboard storage.
To preserve the privacy, security, and experience of our guests, Hotel Yellowstone is reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests. Our accommodations, amenities, restaurant, spa, and wellness facilities are for the enjoyment of those staying on property.
We do not offer day passes, and outside visitors are not permitted to access the hotel property or utilize hotel facilities at any time. Registered guests may not host or invite non-registered visitors onto the property without prior approval from Management. Any approved exceptions may be subject to applicable fees, restrictions, and guidelines.
Approved outside service providers, such as contracted event professionals contracted for a scheduled on-site function, must receive advance written authorization from Management and may also be subject to applicable fees, restrictions, and operational requirements.

Our on-site restaurant, Olivia’s, is reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests in order to provide a private and intimate dining experience. All restaurant and bar services are thoughtfully curated for those staying with us.
We are unable to accommodate outside visitors for dining, and registered guests may not host or invite non-registered guests to join them without prior approval from Management. If approval is granted, applicable fees and guidelines may apply.

We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay. Taxi services, Uber, and Lyft are readily available upon landing to transport you to Hotel Yellowstone. Our team can assist with making taxi reservations in advance as well.

Any package(s) shipped to Hotel must be addressed to the guest listed on their individual reservation and include the arrival date. Please ship packages as close to your scheduled arrival date as possible as we have limited storage available.
All packages received are subject to Hotel receiving fees. Receiving fees are charged per package and based on weight.

Yes, we have an on-site Spa offering massage and body treatments, available by appointment only, exclusively for Hotel Yellowstone Guests.
To preserve a serene and private atmosphere, we are unable to accommodate outside visitors to our Spa.
In order to maintain the privacy of other guests, we do not allow drones to be flown on or near our property.
Unfortunately, we do not have a guest laundry facility on-site. However, our Guest Experience Agents can assist with arranging dry cleaning for an additional cost.
