While we do not offer traditional event spaces, select outdoor areas may be available for small ceremonies depending on your preferred dates and vision.

Important Details to Consider:
- Please note we do not have traditional private event spaces on property. Select outdoor areas may be available seasonally for small ceremonies depending on preferred dates and vision, and a full hotel buy-out may be required.
- We have a total of 36 Suites on property. Each suite offers 1 King bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
- The hotel’s maximum occupancy is 72 adult guests, though event capacities may vary depending on the style and set up.
- Groups of 15 rooms or more may be required to do a full buy-out of the Hotel. Buy-outs require a 5-night to 7- night minimum stay for all 36 rooms, all checking in and checking out on the same dates. Availability is very limited.
- Hotel Yellowstone is an adults-only hotel. All guests must be 21 years or older. Guests ages 18-20 years old may be allowed with prior approval from Hotel. Guests ages 17 years and younger are not allowed.
- Hotel Yellowstone property, accommodations, Spa, Olivia’s Restaurant, and all amenities are for registered hotel guests only. No outside guests are allowed. All guests attending on-site events must be registered hotel guests.
